Tail Light fuse keeps blowing..

Okay, so anytime I turn on my lights, my tail light fuse will blow. I have changed the fuse multiple times. I checked the illumination light on my aftermarket radio. I also have removed both license plate lights and tried again and it still blows. I sanded and retightened the rear ground in the trunk that the tail lights and license plate light go too. Is there another ground I could be missing? Need help, I'm stranded after night time

I have not done any wiring into them, I haven't messed with them. I have a dent on my bumper, but it's been there since October and this just happened within the last week out of the blue.

Not sure what year or model you're driving but could it be related to the trunk lid wiring harness? That might only apply to reverse lights and possibly your center brake light, but it's a known source of frayed and shorted wires which might be worth inspecting.
Just an idea.

are you running ANY led turn signal bulbs? If so remove them and put incandescent back in there. I ran LED's in the front turns and for some reason they kept blowing that fuse for me. the same LED's in the rear turns works fine for me.

Update. I checked the trunk wiring and it all looks good no broken wires or anything. Wish it would have been something that easy.

I am not running any LED's in any turn signals, only as my license plate light. I tried replacing them with regular bulbs and the fuse still blows regardless, I also have unplugged the lights completely, tail lights and license plate lights and the fuses still blow.

try removing the front turn signals anyway. maybe a bulb shorted out somehow. also, does the fuse blow immediatly after plugging it in or only when you turn your lights on?

Ill check the front turn signals, but I didn't think they were on the same fuse. Only when I turn the lights on.

If the fuse is blowing as soon as u turn it on, then you probably have a wire on that circuit that is shorting out somewhere.
