Which oil?

I know everyone has an opinion on this, but my preference is Royal Purple. My question is whether I should get Regular, High Mileage, or High Performance.

I have a 2004 Coupe that has a Stillen Supercharger on it and 104K miles. (The previous owner installed the supercharger, and he said it was around 90K miles.)

I haven't really been sticking to one kind of oil, but I'd like to start. My initial thought is to get the High Mileage--just because of the mileage--but because it's supercharged, so I thought I might need the High Performance.

Thoughts??

Actually, it's been proven time and time again (on countless threads might I add) that a mixture of olive, canola and avocado oil (all equal parts) works best in our car, and also makes for a killer grilled cheese atop the upper plenum if you take the engine cover off.

This. +1. Cosign. I've tasted the grilled cheese and it's delicious.

I run Royal Purple High Mileage in my 04 coupe with 118K miles. Seems to do just fine. I went with high mileage because oil companies claim vehicles with 75K miles are high mileage. Figure it cant hurt but help prevent the inevitable as much as I can (burnt piston rings I mean) Royal Purple, Castrol, Mobile 1, Amsoil, it's all essentially the same ****, and with our engines, you're fine with either. Just make sure you get the right weight/viscosity and you're golden. Also dont get fram filters, they blow up internally. ( I'm running a K&N oil filter)
