Its official. The car is haunted. I went outside to head out and the passenger window rolled down perfectly from the passenger switch. wouldn't roll back up tho. And only illuminated power from the switch when it was pressed down. Driver switch still did nothing. Door lock switch was working perfectly for a minute. Now it's dead again.

Could it really be the harness in the door is somehow throwing this off? All other windows work from the master switch and their respective switches, except for the passenger side
But have you looked in the FSM?

You are most likely to have a missing/broken ground connection? (M30)

See pages PG-29, PG-30

Why are you not using a multi-meter to test instead of just throwing parts and guessing?

A $150 diagnostic fee at an Infiniti dealer might be a better solution for you if you don't possess the necessary electrical skills to properly troubleshoot the problem.

Just my $.02

Problem SOLVED. As I suspected it was in the driver door wiring harness. I just switched it out and now all windows work as they should. I suppose I should've mentioned prior that I had the same car available to me for parts that I needed so i wasn't really spending money but the gas to go get said parts....

That's interesting, I always figured the splice in the 12v and ground (white and black) wires took place near the BCM but what you're saying pretty much confirms that the splice takes place in the driver door harness.

thank u for the wire wiring code, I checked the white wire on the driver side and it didn't show any power, which confirmed my suspicion.
