Missing bolts?

Missing bolts?
I have a 2017 Red Sport, I did my first oil change this weekend. Noticed that there are 3 bolts missing out of the bottom engine splash shield. The first 3 that should bolt up to an box tube running across the front of the engine. So, the problem is that there doesn’t seem to be any threads in this rectangular tube. There were bolts in there at on time, because I can see the indentations in the cover. I can’t imagine that they are self tapping bolts. Can somebody fill me in on what type or size of bolt should be in these holes?

Thanks!
I saw the kit on Amazon, but it looks like there are no threads for these 3 holes? Tried several different bolts nothing fit nor started. I didn’t have time to pull the entire shield off to get a better look. I did put a set of calipers on the holes and they measured.312 od. Just wondering if these holes should have a thread or are the self tapping bolts?

Some of them are not bolts but just have a pin the pushes in.I no longer do my own oil changes since I traded in my 06 G35 for my 12 G37. I can't exactly remember but I think one of those push pins was in the front and one in the center of the shroud.
I can now afford to just let the dealer do it and they wash and vacuum my car while I watch their flat screen TV, surf the internet with their free WiFi, and enjoy some snacks while I wait in their heated waiting room in the winter and air conditioned in the summer.
I only change air and cabin filters myself now.

Bolts?
Thanks for the reply! I’m beginning to think those 3 might be a push pin. If that’s the case I will probably put nut zerts in and bolt it. I will get it back on the lift this weekend and take it apart. My dealer is an hour and 20 min away so, it’s easier to just do it myself. This is my first Infiniti I bought from a dealer. I have always bought private party. I also have a 2008 G35x and I just sold my 2006 G35x to my son.

According to the parts list, there are (12) screw fasteners and (1) 'clip' (push-clip ?). Count how many holes there are and see if it's (13). Then again, that package of replacement hardware above includes (3) push-pins so it sure sounds like that's the case. FWIW, mine has none currently. They can only be removed and replaced so many times before they break or lose their expansion ability.
If I'm not mistaken, all of the locations with screws will use metal clips (again, like shown in that Amazon package). Don't think there's any threaded holes used at all.
I bought a hardware kit that I haven't gotten around to installing the parts yet and it includes (3) push-pins as well.

I think those (3) plastic push-clips are primarily for holding the shield in place to allow the metal fasteners to be secured.
Using inserts sounds nice, that way it's all screws vs a mix of push-clips and screws. Will you have to drill out the existing holes to make them large enough for the inserts though ? If so, you probably need to paint the crossbeam where you expose bare metal. Worst part is the inside of that crossbeam and protecting the bare metal in there.
