My 2005 G35 Coupe has 48,500 miles. Should I go ahead and replace the coolant and transmission fluids? What other fluids do you recommend I replace at this time? The car is 15 years old but well maintained. Plan to hold on to it for a very long time...

Probably yes. When was the last change? Not just miles count with fluids; time does too.

I'd replace all fluids at this point. I forget the scientific term, but brake fluid absorbs moisture. Good to flush that out periodically. If it's a manual, do the clutch fluid at the same time.

Think that leaves power steering and diff after you do coolant and trans.

Hydrophilic perhaps?

Don't forget about the Diff!

My preferred way to change power steering fluid is to use a turkey baster and remove the fluid from the reservoir and replace just that fluid every oil change or however often until it's fresh fluid. There's only about 1.5 total quarts in the entire system and about 1/4 of it sits in the reservoir so it's an effective way to keep that fluid fresh.

The rest need to be drain/filled using traditional methods.
