AT transmission and rear differential fluids

Hey all, thinking of buying a g35 coupe and had a couple of questions for current owners.

does the AT have a transmission fluid level dipstick? Is there a AT drain plug?

Does the rear differential have a drain plug?

Yes, but it's hidden and not easily accessible. They don't want us checking and adding fluid as there is a specific Nissan type J that must be used, any other fluid will damage trans and void warranty. Dealer recommended service only.
there is a plug too.

Yes

Or is it because they want you married to the dealership. My Saturn is the same way, I recently had my oil changed at a Jiffy Lube and the oil was poring out, when I called Saturn they said it was because I can only have my oil changed using Saturn OEM parts. What BS.
