Camshaft sprocket oops?!

I accidentally read my manual wrong and disassembled my camshaft sprocket (INT)
idk. Is it ruined now? Not sure what my next move is.

Is it a replacement only item in the manual? Usually critical bolts like this are only the required replacement.

It says in the manual not to disassemble.

Yeah I have no clue, I've never actually tried to disassemble one. I would call JWT or Z1 Motorsports and ask them. Just don't call at lunchtime.
