Camshaft sprocket oops?!
people do this. In fact RZG performance in Houston recommends disassembling and cleaning after an engine failure rebuild. Look up their post on fb.
Yeah if the engine kabooms you should clean out any metal that gets pumped into the sprocket, the problem is there is no listed torque value for those bolts. I'd probably go for something like 25-30 lbs with some Loctite 271 on the threads, knowing that if I ever disassembled it in the future I'd have to torch the loctite loose.
