05 6mt Coup, clunking noise, rear passenger

So I developed a rather sudden noise on my way to work. Took the tire off and rear passenger caliper was bad (caked in fluid/dirt, one sided wear). I replaced break pads and calipers on both sides. Both rear hub assemblies and axles were upgraded to g37 equipment about 2 years ago so that SHOULDNT be the issue. I only hear the noise in the right rear, could it be the Diff? Many thanks in advance.

TLDR Bullet points
  • squeeking at speed, clunking when I let off Accelerator, less clunking under breaking
  • I only hear it on the rear passenger side
  • Both rear calipers and pads replaced
  • Rear hubs, bearings, and axles replaced with Z1motorsports G37 upgrade kit 2 years prior

I would get the car up on jackstands then just start push/pull/pry on things until you find out what's got play. My guess would be the rear diff bushing where the stud goes through the subframe. That bushing is notorious for failure at around 60k miles.

The squeaking at speed though makes me suspect brake rotors or an alignment issue. Look at the tire tread for any feathering or odd wear, inspect the brake pads for the same uneven wear.

I will check the diff bushing, I had already planned to eventually replace it due to the age but im fairly certain that's not the issue. And you're right about the breaks. When I first had the issue I took the tire off and that caliper was busted. Covered in dirt and old fluid. I did infact have some significant uneven wear on the pads and a small band og tire wear on the inside. Both calipers and pads were changed and the issue is still there. I got some pretty good audio of the issue but I can't upload it.

Should be pretty easy to pull/pry on things once it's up on jackstands to find the issue, since it happens on decel that definitely makes me think it's a bushing/suspension issue.

Do you feel any vibration or just a clunk?

just the clunk, there has started to be some intermittent vibration at lower speeds though, i started noticing that yesterday. I havent had any luck troubleshooting it myself, im taking it in to get looked at this afternoon.
