Tail lamp fuse keeps blowing

Is your "high mounted brake lamp" in a rear spoiler? If so, check the wiring which passes through the rubber boot from the car body into the trunk lid. You can pull that rubber piece back from either end and check for frayed or shorting wires there. That's a known trouble spot because every time you open the trunk those wires get bent back and forth.
I wouldn't think your radio lights would be on the same circuit but I can't look that up right now. Gotta get your brake lights working!
