as long as the rest of the wires reach where they need to it is OK. You can probably drill out the broken bolt and put the wires back..it looks better that way.

no, its not my radio presets, its an actual tuning of my stereo system that was tuned with a db meter. great dvd deck and nice option to fine tune but its a bitch cause im always having to reset my ecu for upgrades..
im not dissing the kit at all. i like it. the ecu resetting is a different story for me. nothing to do with the quality of the kit.

I actually did the ECU reset the first time through without any issues. Its all about the timing. I basically memorized Seans' instructions for the pedaling/timing sequence and just used the second hand on my watch. I had a slow blink, then a faster blink before I turned the car into the off position. Worked perfectly for me.
The only question I ran into and didn't really ask was the OEM grounding wires on the front of the timing cover. I think 6MTs only have a single grounding wire in the front where the ATs have 2. The location on the instructions said to place the cables from the kit in the second grounding location (to the right) but that was just an empty bolt hole for me. So I just used the one and only OEM grounding wire location that I had. Everything still fit fine.
Here are some shots of my install (I circled the area I am talking about). Let me know if anything needs to be moved. Thanks again Sean!
