double sided tap on the edge, two self tap screws on the bottom, two screws behind the plate.

so not the OEM bumper mounting points? Holes will have to be drilled/self tapped?

two holes behind the plate are OEM. Two holes on the side need to be self tap. Diffuser comes drilled with the holes.
