ok.. just got around to replacing my gear.. it works perfectly now...

few notes.. these are the exact same gears you'll get from odometergears (the gears have their business card included)... except it's $10 cheaper on this group buy.

according to odometergears, you do NOT have to grease the new gears going in.. the factory gears had some white grease on them, but the new ones are made out of "graphite"... maybe it's a fancy name for plastic...

i have a 03.5 w/ premium package, with memory seats, and i ordered the gear with collar for my driver seat gear close to the center console.. Luckily, my factory magnetic collar wasn't broken, so I used that instead of the plastic one to keep my memory seat functions..
