Silly car question

Don't really know much about cars so if someone could help me it would be appreciated. Is it difficult to replace the power steering hose in a 1994 Lexus ES300? My mom's one developed a bad leak and I found a seller that seems legit on ebay selling replacement hoses for it but i'm wondering if I would still need a mechanic to install it professionally. TIA

Not sure on that car but is it the pressure hose or the return??
Return should be pretty easy you might have a little more trouble with the pressure line.
I would inspect the hose to see if you can get to it easy with the right tools before you order anything.
A small job for a mechanic might turn into a headache for you plus your time and money.

Just my .02
