just wanna ask you Hawaiian bros how much are houses going for in Hawaii?...or condos?

I will likely be making lotsa trips to Hong Kong....so a nice stop over home in between would be nice

depending on the location, you can get some decent 1-2 bedroom condo's for under $250k and some 2-3 bedroom houses for under $350k on Oahu.

I know of a refurbished condominium that are selling units between $215-$250 Fee Simple for 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath, and 2 car covered garage by punchbowl. utilities cost under $300/mo...that's including the option of airconditioning.

You just gotta keep an out for deals like these.
