armored car scrapes me! ahhh

so I am parked on the side of the road and a Loomis armored car pulls along side of me and then tries to pull in front of me. In the process he scrapes my bumper and gauges the front rim
anyway, the scrapes are all on the plastic bumper, too deep to buff out. anyone have any suggestions or know of anyone that can fix it back to its original self. The rim is a different story, dont know if it can be fixed. Looks like its been curbed. any help is appreciated. oh yeah, the guy gave me a bag of money for my trouble

Fuuuuck. I'll let you know when our rim guy will be here. He only does dealer work but I'll see if my used car manager Mike can have him squeeze you in. Think he charges like $50 per half a rim.

As for the last sentence, a bag of money? WTF?

thanks Matt, I will see what their insurance guys says after he looks at the damage. Dont know if the rim can be fixed. As for the bag of money, unfortunately there was none. The cop suggested it though.
When I was filling out the report, the one cop was walking around my car checking it out closely. He then walks up to me and says that they need to impound my car because it was involved with a collision with an armored vehicle. He said that they would take it to the main station where it would be for a few days. At first I was telling him that he was joking, but he was looking all serious. I was kind of trippin', then he started laughing and was saying his daughter was bugging him for a g. He was asking me all kinds of questions about how I like the car. Was pretty funny though, he had me going for a bit.
