Hows about My New Mod? 42 LED clearcorners
Hows about My New Mod? 42 LED clearcorners
took about 5 hours to fab originally, but after i installed them a couple went out, so i had to open them up again and re-solder them, big PITA. watcha think?

and during the install somehow i blew my inverter for the CCFL in my clearance strip so the passenger side is out. but i was thinking maybe it looks cleaner w/out the strip?????? should i fix it or just unplug the other side???

thanks

thanks guys. i was thinking about make and selling...
but you guys would have to:
1. give me your clearcorners ( since i don't want to have to be searching around for some, besides it would be less cost to you)
2. roll with your stockers for a few days.
3. understand that when sold, they would be in perfect working condition (all LED's working), but when you guys install them, if your not careful, some of the led's might go out, because the sod might "crack". i'll try my best to make it as thick as possible though.
4. i could fix any led's that go out, but it really is a pain to open them up again, so i'd have to charge like 10-20 bux to fix them.
cost is about:
$15-20 for LED's
+sod
+wire
+ $5 circuit board
plus 3-5 hours of labor...depending on how efficient i am.
clearcorners.com charges $225 for a single row of LED's which is totally wack!
i'd charge.... about $75/80.
lmk if you guys want..... i wouldn't be able to start till finals are over though, mid may.
