Just wondering if anyone knows a site with pix that can show me how to change my shift **** in my g35

Man just grab the **** and spin it counter clockwise, lil tight @ the beggining but it will go...

^you can cause shifter damage if you do that.

If you search, there is a DIY here somewhere.

i found detailed instructions and pics somewhere in the diy section.. iirc, its not as easy as you may think... but easy overall.
