anybody have window woes in hawaii?

if you've had any window problems, please let me know what happened and how you got it fixed. a friend's 03 driver window is acting up. it doesn't like to go down all the time, and when the window goes 1/4 inch down when you open the door, it doesnt' go all the way back up when you shut the door.

any advice/help is appreciated. thanks!

Kozlikracing19 is right. Just take it to the dealership. There were several TSB's in regards to the 03 windows...and then some. I have the 03 and I have the window streaks..which to this day I just left it. Several others in the mainland were also experiencing these little gremlins...but for the most part the dealers took care of the issues with no problems. It is covered under warranty assuming that they did not install any aftermarket stereos or alarms. Now if that has been done, they will now have to take it up with the installing company to rectify the situation. Their warranty might just have been voided by going into that area and tapping the wires.
