Ko'olina... there are some really nice places to take pics over there... I'm just not sure if you can park your car there... people that work there get really **** about where you leave your car... even for a second...

Re: good places to take picture of car?
I always liked the industrial setting and the downtown setting. Campbell Industrial Park on a Sunset, or on a Traffic Light stop in downtown. Use your imagination. IMO, dont go for a stationary look...give a scenario with something happening. An industrial area gives a busy background...moreso giveing a mecha kind of feeling. The downtown thing, having all the local G35s hoard a traffic light. It gives a busy look, traffic is always busy. busy isnt boring. but if you're looking for something that's full of scenery, pick a place thats full of color..greens, reds, browns, blue...anything. I nice place and time would be up at Kaka'ako park after the storm clouds have gone, and the sunset emits purplish, orange, and blue hues in the clouds, the suns rays gives an amberish light, making the parks green grass a better contrast. dunno..just use your imagination. There's so many places to take pictures at, but pick a place that gives reason. something of abstract, something different.

i agree 636 racer.your imagination is cool. maybe you can park your car bye the airport and take a picture when i plane is taking off.its the place on the same street as infiniti but on the ocean side..bad example of a picture but i agree with 636racer, do something that is busy so it adds more to the picture.

Pali Lookout, or one of the scenic stop areas off of the Pali Hwy (with K-Bay in the background). Maybe H3 too, I really never looked to see if they have the scenic points like the Pali.

If youre lucky, on a nice sunny day, and if Tantalus is clear, good photo shots at the state park. If you want that lux look, try hitting up the Kahala/Blackpoint neighborhood.
