Help with coilovers

Hey guys, anyone know where I can rent/borrow a spring compressor
Or a shop to install my coilovers.
Munkywurks quoted me 275 for the install.

You dont need a spring compressor to install coilovers...

What coilovers do you have?

they dont just "drop out" they need some persuasion but yes you dont need a spring compressor for it. and the coilover should easily slip in.

yea its not that bad. can be done in about 2 hrs. rears are easy. maybe 40 min. squeezing the stock fronts out is what takes the longest.

ooo finally putting in my basics!! just have a strong friend compress the spring and hold the piston while you wrench out the nut. haha

i havent gotten around to it yet but i plan on buying a spring compressor just cuz it comes in handy.. its kinda cheap like 50-75 bucks

You dont need a spring compressor to remove the front strut assembly, ive taken it out whole. Did it to my car and a friends Z.
