Hey guys I was asked to post up here regarding AMS Tuning.

I'm shaggy btw im a suby guy and set up the tunes for AMS here in hawaii.

here is the current thread on the tune that is happening in may now. we do have 2 slots left on monday. yes i know last min but i was just told about this site hahaha. http://i-club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=229034

here are how the pricing work..... you will also need to place a 100 deposit which will go towards the tune.

$395 new tune for 2 hrs (anything over will be an extra $50 per half hour slim chance this will happen on a new tune unless your car has issues)

$120 dyno time per hour (2wd is $80 per hour)

Re-Flash $300 for 1.5 hours (if you have tuned with AMS before & with the same ECU)

Evo X owners will need to contact Chris for pricing since you will need an EcuTek license, which Chris will explain via e-mail.

Re-Flash Evo X $300 1.5 hours (if you have tuned with AMS before & with the same ECU)

Osiris it's $300 if you already have the license for the software if not it will be an additional $300 for the license

AEM $600 till complete

other Standalone guys will also need to contact Chris for pricing since these will take a while to tune

Hmm.. I already got a Tune on my 07 G35 Sedan. with Cobb Access Port. How much would it cost me to see if u can eeek a little more HP out of it? Have u dealt with the VQ35HR motors?

 

he has tuned 350z before and a bunch of cobb AP..... cobb tune is 395. dyno time is 80 per hour. if you wanna ask more specific questions you can email him chris@amsperformance.com

the reason the osiris tunes are cheaper is b/c of the license that you have to acquire and it limits that amount that you can charge for the tune. (this is what chris told me via phone today)

Unfortunately I cannot go forward with this at this time. Hopefully I'll be able to have AMS work on my car in the future.

 

^same here....my power mods won't be in by then. Curious to see what Chris can do with my Z compared to Sean (although Lawrence originally tuned my car).

 

Is Rod osiris tuned?? Or did he just get dynoed at munky wurks??

no worries about making this one at least now i know that there is interest here so when i set up his next trip (ending of this year) i will make sure i let you guys know as well so we can make room for everyone and give you guys a few months of notice

 

^^^Yup if we can get a couple of months notice that would be good. I need to rebuild the fundage to buy some parts.
