Boss decided to send two other guys since they knew where the HIL, KON, and WMA facilities are (I haven't been there yet, so I dunno where they are). I was looking forward to going until they told me I'd have to fly into Kona, drive to Hilo, then drive back to Kona to catch the flight back. About 5+ hours of driving?! Only if they let me rent a G...

You work for Total Solutions with Chandler, Jon, Io, or Sean? Gotta love our KP HealthConnect!

Yes....Drive from Kona Airport to Waimea Clinic is about 50 minutes. Drive from Waimea to Hilo Clinic is about 75 minutes. Drive from Waimea Clinic to Kona Clinic is about 50-55 minutes on the high road (Mamalahoa Hwy).

I work w/ Shawn over on Oahu, and occassionally Chandler over on Maui. The TSI gang used to support the outer islands, but that was cut w/ the new budget. Now they have the core Kaiser techs scrambling around to cover all areas...which is gonna be bad for the BI areas in particular until we can find a permanent tech on that island. If you know of anyone who's qualified and interested, you should seriously direct them to the KP Jobs Intranet site. Anyway, great pics! Hopefully I get to check it out for myself soon. Take it easy...
