Rev Light indicator on the 6MT '05

As a MT newbie I just had to ask; what do you guys set your average RPM rev light indicator to? I'm currently set it at 2700 rpm, is it too little?

2700 RPM is low. You must be doing a lot of shiffting or you enjoy the little red light. Just Kidding. I guess setting it that low gives you a big cushion for not exceeding the 4000 RPM break in period. I set mine to 4000 RPM. The manual recommends not exceeding 4000 RPM during the first 1200 miles.

I can't wait till this break in period is over. I feel like I'm getting scolded everytime the light starts blinking but I think it's a cool feature.
