Sway bars

Ok how many have (what type & impressions) and how many want? I am trying to gauge interest in a GB for sways, but if no one wants any, I'm going to let the issue die.

It is of course motivated by my desire to get some sways.

You have, or do you want the 350 Evos?

erp, I want the 350Evo Swaybars.
Guys like hotchkis and Eibach, even Nismo are cool but they're general manufacturers. true they probably research a bit in their product, but I'd feel better with a company that specializes. Iin this case, with the chassis of the 350Z and G35.

i ordered my Hotchkis from coz at conceptzperformance.com. great comparable sways to stillen & nismo and also cheaper than most.

BTW, have you guys checked out the new Kinetix Intake manifold??? Damn, I just installed the new Crawford plenum and my 350Z CF engine cover is due to arrive in the next couple days......

No problem doc. I saw it and am still drooling.

The only killer with the Kinetix is that it seems it's primarily geared towards an FI or nitrous application. I don't know how well it's going to benefit the NA guys.

636 thanks for the response. So far I only have something like 7 to 8 people interested in sways. The preferences are towards the 350 Evo, Cusco, and Stillen. I'm probably going to keep collecting interest and see how this develops over the next two weeks. So hopefully by the second week of May I can turn this over to a sponsor and see what they can do for us.

Due to the lackluster desire for sways (which I think is because the GB's are technically restricted to Premier Members) it's hard to get this ball rolling. I'll keep on this though.

I'm interested, once you get the specifics (what, when, how much) let me know.

the kinetix plenum looks sweet! it's one of the more simple designs that you know will work. I'm just curious how they that main manifold will even out the amount of air needed and not lose velocity.

I've always questioned larger capacity manifolds and how it affects the needed velocity. based on my experience, there was always a compromise. the need of supplemental upgrades and loss of performance with one mod alone, in this picture, a larger plenum design.

If you guys want, I could ask my friends if they can start a GB for cusco swaybars (front AND back). If I can get 5 or more people to commit, I will go and ask.

I think we could probably get more than 5. The catch is that the 5 might not all be in Hawaii. Is that going to be a problem?

Good luck sen_jen.

I thought about just regarding the GB locally since no one wants to pay hawaii's shipping costs (to/from). But I'll ask none-the-less.
