kinda like this:

it refers to the stretching of the tire...not the rim. ...so it looks as if the tires is barely on...sidewall somewhat slanted inward.

its been in hawaii before drifting. remember low rider days. 13x7 daytons w/ da euro tires stretched. even the white wall tires were stretched.
