Take a look at the last section of exhaust on the passenger's side. A few inches just beyond the flange assembly you will notice a nut perched slightly above the exhaust pipe. This said nut may be what is causing the rattle that many are experiencing after the installation of the HKS Hi-Power set-up. I noticed this as the only potential issue when I was installing the exhaust on a lift. If this is the cause of the noise which you are hearing . . . You have 2 options . . . You can remove that section of exhaust and dimple that specific area with a ball peen hammer or allow the said nut to dimple that section of exhaust over time.

but still noise..
I figured out rattling is when exhaust cold.
if i run about 10 min with high rpms, not rattle.
wtf is wrong with this....

I have the same problem...andy2434 pretty much nailed it in his first post...that is most likely whats causing your rattling.
Another solution would be to slightly bend the exhaust hanger so it won't make contact with the bolt. This is a bit risky however. Best option is to dimple the exhaust.
I just got it dimpled where the bolt was making contact. It didn't completely stop the rattling, but it significantly reduced it to only when I go in reverse and at very low RPMs.
Good luck and let us know how it goes!
