"Talk down on American Products." Why would you want to do that? BTW, I knew your point all along, just wanted you to say it. I knew if I waited long enough, you would. You didn't let me down. Oh BTW, my other ride is a hot rod Harley. I'm sure you'd have to say a lot about that. The USA makes some quality stuff, don't know why your so Anti American. My 6MT coupe, rebaged as a 350GT, is a great car, made better with some after market mods. The best mod (IMHO) was the Crawford Plenum. All my mods happen to be American made or designed, except my 350Z intake tube. I like that.

Re: cat back exhaust question

you should have known it all along... it was obvious. i think Harleys are nice im not gonna say anything bad about them, the USA does make quality stuff, it also makes alot of bullshit to, every country does. but in my experience alot of aftermarket parts from america have been crap thats why i dont buy them ANYMORE (meaning i useto not be like this) i havent heard bad things about the crawford plenum, but as for some of the other "good old american products," i have heard alot of negative things, particularly borla, and stillens exhaust. as for injen i dont trust their numbers on anything, just because i always find their dynos easily disputable(low baseline alot of times). the reason i like japanese(happy?) products so much is because we dont get crap from them over here, theres probably alot of crap distributors over there, but nobody imports them.

Re: cat back exhaust question

Ok guys one way to settle this and thats to hit the track. The best american car and the best *** car.

Dodge hemi cuda vs supra
shelby vs civic (LOL)
Viper vs G35
1969 camaro SS (my old car) vs intergra

I can go on america does not build sh*t ok. They may not be as long lasting but hey they have power. Theres nothing like a big block but my g35 is more practical lol so u guys should take it to the track and settle it.

Re: cat back exhaust question

were talking about aftermarket parts but ok ill play your game, but i pick the cars.
especially since you only picked one high performance car
and im talking STOCK!!!
Dodge hemi cuda V Nismo 400R (lets play the limited production game)
Shelby( my neighbor has a replica with many original parts including original motor its amazing and also my favorite american car) V Tommy Kaira ZZ i guess, cant match the power but it can surpass the already excpetional handling at least.
Viper V R390 GT1 thats not really fair but oh well neither was viper V civic
1969 camaro SS V 1999 EVOLUTION VI

drag and track, lets see

magazine racing is fun
