No prob..the popcharger is more prone to heat soak though than others, namely the Stillen unit..

does the stillen have problems with increasing chances of hydrolocking the engine? what about the pop charger?

No - it is in the same location as the stock airbox - you would need to get water above the hood to flood it...you'd have other problems at that point.
