Exhaust seems to have trouble screaming on even road surfaces, normal?

So I just recently noticed that my stock exhaust is making some funny noises when I punch it on uneven road surfaces. Never did it before. Sounds as if the exhaust is gurgling water and having trouble breathing. Can't really explain the sound. Here's an example

"vrooooom......vroom......vrooooommmmmmm"

The exhaust pauses and then starts up again. Could it be that because my rear tores are worn it's giving off these sounds?

How many miles do you have on your car? Does the engine hesitate, as well? You mentioned having trouble breathing . . . Have you checked you air filter lately?

Around 56,000. I haven't really concentrated on it, but now that you mention it the engine does seem to hesitate a little. I replaced my air filter about 6,000 miles ago.
