HKS High power is a dual pipe exhaust from the catalytic converters all the way back to the end of the mufflers and uses titanium tips at the end which are adjustable. It is the more expensive of the two.

HKS legamax is a single pipe exhaust that mates to a y-pipe whether it be stock, HKS, JIC, Tanabe, etc. Its tips are small ovall shaped.
