Crawford Cat Install

Ok so i've done plenty of cat installs and exhaust work on other cars, but I haven't on the G. Im doing crawford cats, finally got all the bolts and gaskets together (they were used). I looked under the car and it looks fairly complicated to switch them out. I was thinking a number of diff methods but can you suggest any? Here goes mine:

Remove intake tube, use super long impact extension to shoot off the nuts facing up (on both sides of course). Then get under car, shoot bottom nut. Disconnect harness and Y pipe. Then go ahead and disconnect the 02 sensors.... any particular way to get um out? The heatshields seem to be in the way as far as I can tell. I haven't seen a flare wrench in like size 21 or whatever the o2 sensor is...

I did the whole thing from the bottom. The stock cats are a b!tch to get off. Just cuz the upper most bolts are so hard to gain access to.

Couple of threds in the DIY section. Seems most prefer getting to the Cats from the top - two people make it easier.

Best to disconnect o2 sensor connectors, drop cats, and then remove them. o2 sensor socket (sears) is best way to prevent damaging those expensive units. I think they are 21 or 22mm but the DIY thread has corect size.

Let us know how it goes...
