Exhaust.ing choice

I've been reading the archives and the ads and am narrowing my search.

I have a 2006 G35 coupe 6MT and want an exhaust system that's a little bit louder than stock, but that doesn't drone or otherwise make cruising ~70 mph. much louder. I'm homing in on the Borla and Stillen systems.

Can anyone help me compare these two (and I'm open to other suggestions). Thanx!

Fast Intentions Intimidator exhaust. Hands down.
Everyone who has it loves it. No rasp and it's not too loud over stock.
Deep like a V8 exhuast.

I have the Nismo, and it seems to fit your description. No droning and not much louder cruising. I can't really compare it to others, in all fairness.

^----- wouldn't you think he would have/want the NISMO exhaust jk.. prototype.. can't go wrong with a free exhaust.. hopefully they don't rape your car when they "test to see if everything's working" jk again

anyways...

between the two exhausts (STILLEN vs. BORLA)i've heard a lot of good stuff about the Stillen exhaust, and in person, it fits what you want.. so i'd say go STILLEN

I went to Stillen today and listened to the single and dual cat backs. I am having the dual installed on Monday. After a year and a half, i am finally getting rid of that annoying brapp/burble. I was tired of my car sounding like all the FX35s around here.

Yep the injen is loud. Too loud for my tastes, too bad it looks so sexy though!
