Stillen Ex. Installed

OH BY OH BOY OH BOY!!!

I just finished installing my Stillen exhaust! OMG does it sound sweet! I haven't driven it on the road yet as I let my temporary tags expire but I'll get my permanent ones tomorrow. Just giving it a bit of revs in the driveway made me vary happy. Idle is still quiet but it's like an amplified stock when on the throttle, just as smooth but a bit louder. Installation took about 2 hours, the fit wasn't perfect and took a bit of playing around. The principles of the install are VERY simple if you are considering doing this yourself. The only thing I did in addition to the instructions was clean the bolts and studs and use a thread-lock when it came time to tighten things up. If you live in the south Houston area, or are willing to drive there, and don't want to pay someone to install your exhaust, I work for food and/or GOOD beer.

What's the market for a hardly used 06 G35 exhaust anyway?? Less than 700 miles.
Pics and a video will come soon.
Mike

I love mine to. The more you drive it the louder it gets.

I had mine installed a few weeks ago at Stillen. It sounds great, and I love the way it looks (I got the dual wall straight tips). I done a few runs to San Diego and back, and after a little break in it does sound even better. Just wait till you can redline it, you'll love it.

Glad you're enjoying the Stillen. I just had the Fast Intentions installed and I'm smiling too. It's all good!
