I found someone that can do the tuning in my area. Do u guys think. I have a 2003 g 6mt and i am planning on getting a MRev2, K&N CAI or Stillen, NGk Iridium plugs. Then in the spring i am getting headers and High Flow cats. Should i wait for the tune until i put in the headers and HFC or do it now and then later?

A UTEC runs about $1,000-$1,400 depending on accessories/options you get with it, and where you buy it.
The more mods, the better and bigger the benefit. A simple catback installation does not warrant a tune. Intake, CATS and catback...sure. A stock G can get up to about 15HP off a tune though.

As Rick stated, its not really needed simply for a catback exhaust system, but if you get test pipes, or high flow cats ALONG with he catback exhaust then it would be a good idea..
Ideally, go with full exhaust system (including test pipes) and do some motor work too.. MREV2 and a spacer along with a CAI will yeild some nice gains after the tune.
IMHO, if you just get the catback you wont yeild much with a tune..
Tuning the UTEC costs anywhere around $300-$500. It is very user friendly too so users are able to tune them easily, free
