TD exhaust or X/H pipe?
I maybe going F/I shortly... I know my Injen isn't good enough for F/I...
Would a 2.5 inch X pipe exhaust be better than my Injen... Or do I need 2.5 TD
I only want 400rwhp... do I need the TD?

An X-pipe exhaust can still be considered a "true dual" there is seperate pipe for each side of the engine, and two seperate mufflers. The x-pipe is meant to decrease pressure variations between each exhaust so the power is even between the two sides. As long as the exhaust is a straight through 2.5 TD design, then it should work regardless of the presence of an X/H pipe.
I would say the problem with a greddy exhaust isn't the piping, but the slightly more restristive canisters compared to some of the other exhausts. Its canister is much larger and the tip is offset so there will be more restriction compared to some of the other designs, so if you are trying to make the most hp possible with your exhaust on a turbo setup, then the evo2 probably isn't the best choice
^^imo the only y pipes worth buying are the JIC and top secret ones
but they are both expensive
ONLY get an after market y pipe if you KNOW you will never go true dual...other wise its a waste of money
