just got 03 AT Sadan, thinking of moding please suggestions

Just got my 03 sadan with 67k mi,
I love to modify my cars and will do so with this one.

So far i have tested the car and i get 6.38 0-60 and 15 flat 1/4mi with G-tech
seems kinda slow,,
Im going to try replacing the plugs also clean Maf sensor.
I have a cold air intake and I suspect that its probably cloged up since where the filter is located , the shiedl underneath the bumper are missing aloowing dirt into the filter.

I have researched and so far have found the a Plenum spacer is probably the best bang for the buck, Somewhere around 10hp right?
Please correct me if I am wrong...

Also I see headers for this car are very cheap on ebay,, they look good and are longer than original so I think there might be some gain there.. I know quality might not be the best but they should still finction jsut as good as more expensive ones...

Grounding kit seems like a joke,,,I just dont see how anyone would gain anythign from this mod...

Please give me your suggestions and post own expiriences on your mods.,..
I woudl like to dyno the car as it is right now but its not exactly cheap,,,,
if anyone would like to know the results and is willing to contribute I will gladly dyno the car

welcome to the forum...you should clean your throttle body as well...im sure at 67k it should have alot of carbon buildup...now to the mods...motordyne plenum

spacers are what most people on this forum go with...research which size would be best for you...the hp you gain should vary because not everyones car is

exactly the same...I strongly do not recommend buying any ebay parts...they are not built with the same quality, r&d as name brand parts...most cheap

parts will break down on you really early and will end up costing more than if you went with a name brand part...as for the grounding wires...most on this forum

recommend gordgee's wires and i've read numerous threads stating that when in manumatic mode the shifts are much faster...

how about seafoming engine head by pooring seafoam into a brake booster line to burn off carbon? Anyone done this on a G?

How does one clean the Throttle body? Does it have to be removed?

not sure about the seafoam but check this link on how to clean your throttle body post #12 https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-coupe-v35-2003-07/127892-throttle-body-experience.html

You can get a reflash done. I think someone recently had their ECU reflashed by AAM and they tuned it for 91+ octane, above the factory timing for the sedan and got a nice hp/torque bump.

Cool

Before spending money on mods first decide how much power will make you happy and and also how deep your pocket is.

There are many parts out there weather you want to go N/A or FI. So when you decide or check your bank then ask this same questions again

Since you already have a CAI start with these items -
Plenum Spacer
Gourdees 10-pack wire kit (must have for AT)
High Flow Cats
