I had them weld the whole h-pipe, and the noise is still there.....I am a little frustrated, anyone in the Northern NJ area with the borla exhaust? I would like to compare the difference if possible...

cool, thanx for the tip, what i ended up doing was welding that portion of the H pipe and......VOALA! sounds perfect

Oh my gosh! I can't believe there is such a response this time. I had this exact same problem 2 months ago and posted it and no one replied! I don't think anyone had the problem yet. Then someone messaged me 2 weeks later saying he had the fluttering sound as well.
I can't believe not one does someone have the same problem but there are multiple suggestions and solutions. That's awesome.
I actually had the pipe hitting against my rear sway bar as well. So I readjusted it. Then I also had the knocking that was associated with the rear muffle hanger touching the hanging mount. So got those two knocked out of the way. So I don't get any serious knocking anymore, but I still get that flutter. I'll try pushing together the H pipe. Maybe that's work for me. I'm not sure if I want to weld the pipes together though. Maybe after I really can't find out what's going on. Even thogh this wasn't my post, thanks for all the tips and suggestions, you guys always help out so much! :-)
