On average, can someone tell me what I'd need to make one like this..

Just standard exhaust canisters. Probably from Megan Racing..
It could be done with little to no problems correct?

The last car, '05 WRX, I fabbed up a custom catback. So I'm not a complete newbie.

 

jdm has a custom true dual exhaust with megan mufflers and had it made for 600 bucks out the door

Not the easiest answer...it depends if you want the same parts or others.

A custom dual can be anywhere from $600 - $1,500 or more...

^^true true. i didnt mean to make it sound as if all custom true duals would cost 600. my fault.

just saying that it doesnt have to be as expensive as some would think.

 

I've had true duals built from about $400 (crush bent tubing) to over $1800...

 

Mine cost about $400, then I added a Magnaflow resonated x-pipe later which was another $70. So, about $500 total. I've had so many compliments on the way my car sounds, too.
