I have the Skunk2 5/8" spacer under a first generation Crawford plenum - working great for me, no complaint!

5/16 provides nice "umphy" throughout wheres the 1/2 may cause you to lose some down low but gain more up top

i have the 5/16 and wouldnt have it any other way
