nismo jdm weldina exhaust for cpv35 and Z33 Discontinued!

NISMO WELDINA EXHAUST OUT OF STOCK AND DISCONTINUED!!!

So I know there are already posts on the nismo exhaust. But since I am seriously considering ordering one (please no flaming--I know the nismo jdm weldina might not make the most gains nor is it priced reasonably--but It's the exhaust I want), I was wondering if any members here actually have the JDM weldina installed on their coupe (not the 350z w/ extension). If any members do, could they please chime in w/ pictures, sound clips, comments?

Also, I am under the impression that the nismo weldina JDM tips are double-walled 4.2 inch tips. Also, 2.4 and 3.0 inch pipes, and supposedly lighter than stock. Can anyone verify this and does anyone know the tip size/weight of the OEM exhaust. Thanks!

Just order the jdm weldina exhaust for cpv35 from japanparts.com for a little under what bulletproof is selling it for (b/c of relatively weak yen at the moment)--also the time I got quoted for air freight 9-21 days--which is a plus--so when I get it--I'll be sure to share pics, sound clips, and comments for you all

I tried looking on the japanese webpages but they didn't offer much information. There is a sound clip of it somewhere though

japanparts.com told me the weldina exhaust is out of stock and is NO LONGER BEING MANUFACTURED. They refunded me my money. What the fu*k!? Can anyone verify this at all? Bulletproof still has it for sale?

Thx for the contact. I sent an e-mail inquiry. Wow--it would really suk if this is no longer available for sale--japanparts.com has now taken the weldina exhaust system off their online site. They apologized for the inconveniance but did not offer any more information other than "Unfortunately the part you want (1205G-050-003 WELDINA MUFFLER KIT) is not in stock now and has already gone out of production. That means our manufacturer will no longer produce this part"

I got my fingers crossed update--teiwa.com has also confirmed that nismo discontinued all exhaust and muffler systems for the cpv35 last month!

well, it's the exhaust I want for a variety of reasons, but it looks like I am out of luk as bulletproofautomotive has also verified that nismo has DISCONTINUED ALL EXHAUSTS AND MUFFLERS FOR the skyline/G35...I'm super heated I don't know what would be a comparable exhaust to the nismo--I guess the fujitsubo, but I heard its a lot louder and that's not what I was looking for. Oh, well.

fujitsubo does, afterall, make the nismo exhaust (for the z at least. i'd assume they make the nismo g exahust, too.)

Fuji does make the exhausts for nismo, but the legalis r does differ (albeit probably a small difference) from the weldina exhaust in terms of exhaust tip size/shape, exhaust note/pitch. Of course, I wouldn't mind the titanium version for weight savings and cool factor, but that's more loot as well. I wonder if nismo will continue to discontinue their prodcuts for the cpv35 format?!?
