Pop Charge vs Stillen Intake?

Hi guys just wonderin what is the best to get? i am more for sound then anything. I hear everyone seemz to craze the pop charger but i also hear great raves over the stillen intake. Anyone know how much they go for? i seem to find them on websites but im sure if im looking at the right one.

Riverside INfiniti has the pop and stillen i belive around 90$? Anyways if anyone has some imput it would be highly appreciated. I looked in teh search but could only find opinions on which they prefer but not much on what they do that is different i thought the pop was the intake?

I prefer the Stillen just because I feel it has better heat shielding due to the wrap around box. I have heard them both and the Popcharger is slightly louder IMO. You won't feel any performance gains with either but it will sound really good.

You might want to recheck your price. The Stillen is typically $175-$200. If you found it for $90 you should jump on it. Not sure on the Popcharger price.

I went with the nismo cai... it has a great sound and comes with a water diverter valve so water doesnt get sucked up into the engine.. most other CAI's dont have that, you pay extra to have it installed.. just my .02

JWT = sucking hot air

Stillen = sucking air like the stock airbox

how much more heat can the stillen airbox really keep out...i'm not bashing it, i'm genuinely curious since i'm currently debating the same exact two intakes...doesn't JWT offer a heat shield as well with the pop charger?

Well you are looking at the pictures right? What you see is what you get except the Stillen is missing the power duct. You have to consider that the intakes are sucking. So it will grab air from the easiest spot. If it's in the engine bay, so be it.

So if i'm on the highway doing 65 how much "hotair" am I sucking up more than you? For noise...... Injen all the way!!!! Had one before, went through puddles, drove in slush.......... never an issue. As for gains between them...... Nothing at all really. So how much hot air really gets sucked up since no performance is lost??? That being said, I'm a proud owner of JWT popcharger. To me the price differance was not worth the money for noise, but you might think so. Yeah there is looks too so it's really up to you. Good luck.
