Old post..but I have a question!

Someone said (first few posts of the thread) that you cant use the plenum if you are using n2o (nos) or forced induction..

WHY is this?
I just called Doug@CrawfordZ and he said there should be no problem..

can somone enlighten me?

Pesti, I believe that warning has to do with the A/F ratio being changed when you install a Crawford Plenum. From my understanding of NOS, if you use it with an already lean mixture you could be in trouble with severe detonation.
Also from what I've read, if you get the Technoquare ECU reflash to optimize the A/F ratio after the Crawford install, then the use of NOS would be ok.
Technosquare would have some valuable insight on this.

GSM I <3 U haha.. Thanks man.. I read something about the mixture but diddnt understand because my G runs rich near redline.. (thats what my A/F map said when i installed the n2o) Oh well.. Im gonna get the plenum soon then Ill get the technosquare before I do some squeezing
