Sound differences.

A friend of mine recently picked up a G35 Sedan, and I noticed it had a single exhaust versus the coupe's dual exhaust.

I haven't noticed, and havent been curious until now, but are there any tone differences between the coupe and sedan? Do the sedan's sound just as awesome as the coupes?

Does anyone have any pictures of a stock sedan exhaust and a stock coupe exhaust? I wanted to know the pipe diameter.

Thanks!

Yes it's totally different. Different y-pipe, mufflers, and plumbing. The sedan has a more subdued exhaust tone.

Pictures for comparison? What about pipe diameter?

I've been thinking of hacking together a custom exhaust, and wanted to know the differences between the two sounds. I prefer the coupe sound. Are the resonators the same between the two cars?

I figured the mufflers are different, since the coupe has a horizontal muffler and the sedan doesn't.

Packaging wise, the sedan muffler would work best, are there any replacement sedan axle-back's that help it sound more "coupe-like"?
