plenum spacer opinions please!

I know that they make a 5/16" and a 1/2"...so which is
better..Motordyne makes a basic,
iso thermal, and a copper iso thermal....What
should I go with? and will I really feel a difference?....some opinions please.. i have an 03 6mt coupe with sport package

1/2" is for SEDAN

5/16" is for Coupe

IMO Get ISO Thermal

If it EVER SNOWS where you live then get the Copper ISO Thermal...
