Honestly. You should really research this stuff yourself and come to your own conclusions. Especially when spending this type of $ for mods. Trusting someone's off statement that's not backed by any proof or even a link is foolhardly.

From what I've seen ANY intake is not going to gain you much.

The SS SES exhaust has 50mm piping with 4" tips.
The Ti SES exhaust has 60mm piping with 4.5" tips.

The injen ses sounds really awesome if you dont mind the drone... and the rattles it makes.

I hear the new injen fixes all but the drone, and looks a lot better.

Stillen is a MUCH better exhaust IMO, but with test pipes is going to be RASPY.
If you already have the FI testpipes - look at the Intimidator system. Are the testpipes resonated? If so - you wont rasp with the FI system - they were designed to work together. Actually, the non-resonated barely rasp as well, opnly at the high RPM range.

Call Tony - as a previous customer, he'll likely give you a deal.

Yea I would like the Intimidator but... after shipping and such it will be like 400-500 more then the Injen and I cant bring myself to spend that much on ~10hp

Better to wait 1-2 months and get what you want the first time (whether it's the FI system or not)...you can ask many on the board about how many exhausts they have purchased and likely yet to be satisfied, but have settled on what they have, because they have spent too much on 3-4 systems to try another.

If you have heard the Injen set-up in person and like it, get it . . . Simple, as that.

However, if you are attempting to discover which exhaust set-up to purchase . . . If an aftermarket exhaust is truly what you want . . . I would suggest that you personally listen to a few different set-ups, in person, prior to making a purchase decision.

i just put the injen ses exhasut on my car 2 days ago the ss steel one at first i did think it was pretty loud but its not a ricey or raspy loud its a real deep bassy loud in the higher rpms it not as loud then when u let off the throttle it does have some backpressure noise but that actually sounds pretty good i i looked at alot of systems and sound clips before i got this one and it was one of the better deals out there i looked at hks also but thats a even louder system and its 400 or 500 more i couldnt justify spending that much more for it

some FYI i actually had a nissan dealership install it and they claimed they had to make custom brakets for it to fit but they didnt charge extra cause i already had the estimate

I have started looking for a new exhaust as well and stumbled on to G35 Turbo's website. They have a few sound clips of different exhausts.

By the way anyone have any complaints or experience with the Borla exhaust? Any input is welcome.
