IsoThermal 1/2" or Basic Plenum 1/2"

Better to get the IsoThermal 1/2" spacer bc it includes... (all Iso Thermal components, Aramid gasket and CCV)?

$40 more... Worth the price? Or am i getting the same performance from a basic 1/2" spacer
