Ok, here's the scenario...installed a Stillen Cat-back (2.5" pipes) on my Coupe BEFORE I had my ST installed. My Son now tells me that I should install an exhaust system with 3" pipes; he says I'm losing 20-30 hp by still running the smaller pipes...

Anyway, just curious, what are some 3" exhaust options out there for me?

You're not losing much power unless you are getting tuned. The Reflash doesn't do much with a 3" inch, you might actually overboost (not good).

I'm running the Fuji 3".. Alot quieter than stock, large tips.. stock muffler look, and it's 3" !

 

Yeah I doubt you are loosing that much power but you are not getting all you can out of your turbo. On a turbo car you want the best flowing exhuast possible. I use to run my car just with a downpipe which produced a lot of power! I would not worry too much about overboosting. You can have boost creep and boost spike. Boost creep occurs when your not flowing enough exhuast gas out of the housing and it builds up. Boost spike it when your actuator (wastegate) does not fill up fast enough with compressed air. However if you have an external wastegate and a very high flowing housing/downpipe this should not be as much as a problem for you.
