Does Y-pipe work with Testpipes?

Does Y-pipe work with Testpipes?
I have UTR Resonated test pipes. If i were to get a Y-Pipe, can i install it with the test pipes still installed or would i have to get rid of them? Also, will i gain power with the both installed together (that's if i can even do that)?
