it's not the mufflers you need to worry about. it's the rest of the piping that sits low and that's what i have trouble with.

i'm on basics and i'm pretty damn low...but i rarely ever scrape. just learn to drive the car around those situations.

You should try to fine someone locally whom has the HKS set-up and experience it, first hand. I can tell you how great my set-up sounds, but that's a matter of opinion. I listened to 4 different exhaust set-ups prior to opting for the HKS and have been enjoying it since I installed it.

my car is dropped and I'm in NYC thats why the fast intentions exhaust might work out for me the best.. the canisters are short and wide vs. the casisters that sit low..

the canisters are not what most people have trouble with when talking about clearance issues. i don't know anyone that has scraped the cans on their hks...i'm pretty low and i rarely even scrape the piping on my HKS. the canisters are fine...

How do you scrape the pipe? It runs above the lower cross support, so you would have to scrape that before you get to the pipe. I almost think my HKS makes less noise at crusing and idle than stock. It only screams WOT.
